Download app
Download the iOS app from the AppStore. If you have an Andriod you can use our the web upload portal.
Join events using a pin code
Sign up and "join event" using the shared pin code.
Capture videos with the SureShot camera
Capture video clips with the SureShot camera during the event.
Share your videos from your event
Your videos will be shared with the event organiser instantly.
Watch videos from other attendee
The days after the event a curated list of clips will be shared within the SureShot app. From all the contributions SureShot will also create an aftermovie highligting the best from the event.
How do attendees know to contribute?
You promote it like anything else at the festival — stage announcements, screens, your app, wristband QR codes. Most festivals see strong participation within the first hour once the word is out.
What about music rights and stage footage?
Crowd atmosphere, fan reactions, and backstage moments are all straightforward. For footage featuring full artist performances, the same sync licensing rules apply as with any other recording. SureShot doesn't change that — it just massively increases everything else.
Can we control who uploads?
Yes. You can restrict access with a PIN code so only ticket holders or accredited staff can contribute. You can also review content before anything goes further.
Can we use this across multiple stages?
Yes. You can run one event for the whole festival or set up separate events per stage — whatever fits your workflow. There's no limit on contributors or clips.
Who owns the content?
You do. All footage collected through your SureShot event belongs to your organisation. Contributors agree to this when they upload.
