Join events using a pin code
Sign up and "join event" using the shared pin code.
Capture videos with the SureShot camera
Capture video clips with the SureShot camera during the event.
Share your videos from your event
Your videos will be shared with the event organiser instantly.
Watch videos from other attendee
The days after the event a curated list of clips will be shared within the SureShot app. From all the contributions SureShot will also create an aftermovie highligting the best from the event.
How do fans upload footage?
Via the SureShot app (available on iOS and Android) or through the event portal on any phone browser. They enter the match PIN and upload straight away. No account required.
Can we use footage for sponsorship packages?
Yes. Every upload comes with content licensing terms accepted by the contributor. You can curate and deliver clip packages to sponsors directly from the dashboard.
Does it work alongside an official camera crew?
Yes. Most clubs use a crew for planned broadcast-quality shots and SureShot for everything else, crowd reactions, atmosphere, spontaneous moments. The two approaches work well together.
How do we get fans to actually upload?
PIN codes on programmes, QR codes at turnstiles, and a push notification at half-time are the most effective prompts. See our guide on getting attendees to upload for more detail.
Is there a limit to how many fans can contribute?
No. Invite unlimited fans to upload via the app or event portal. Every clip lands in your dashboard with consent and rights attached.
