Your videos will be shared with the event organiser instantly.
Watch videos from other attendee
The days after the event a curated list of clips will be shared within the SureShot app. From all the contributions SureShot will also create an aftermovie highligting the best from the event.
How do attendees upload footage?
Via the SureShot app (iOS and Android) or through the event portal on any phone browser. They enter the event PIN and upload straight away. No account required.
Who can see the uploaded footage?
Only the event organiser. All clips go into a private dashboard. Nothing is shared until you review and approve it.
Can we use footage for brand or marketing purposes?
Yes. Every upload comes with content licensing terms accepted by the contributor. You can use clips for internal communications, social channels, or brand campaigns.
Do we need a videographer as well?
Not necessarily. Many corporate events use SureShot instead of a videographer entirely, collecting authentic footage from attendees at a fraction of the cost. For events where you need polished production-quality shots, SureShot complements an existing crew well.
How do we handle GDPR compliance?
Consent is collected at the point of upload as part of the standard flow. Every clip in your archive comes with a documented consent record.
