How do I set up an event on SureShot?
Organisers create an event through our web dashboard, customise settings, and generate a unique PIN. Attendees use this PIN in the SureShot app to join and start sharing their videos.
How do attendees submit videos?
Attendees download the SureShot app from the App Store or Google Play, enter the event PIN, and upload short video clips directly from their phones during the event.
Who owns the videos submitted by attendees?
Attendees retain ownership of their videos but grant SureShot and event organisers a licence to use, edit, and share the content for event-related purposes. We clearly communicate these terms during submission.
How is my data protected?
SureShot uses secure, encrypted systems to protect all uploaded content and personal data. We comply with relevant data protection laws and prioritise user privacy.
What pricing plans are available?

Is there a free trial?
Yes, organisers can try SureShot with limited features or for a set number of events before committing to a paid plan.
